Our Guest Shifts are all about next-level fun and flavor. Hey Palu’s guest bartenders are bringing their signature modern Italian style straight from Edinburgh, blending it with the elevated energy of our Amsterdam rooftop. It's the ultimate cocktail experience you won’t want to miss!
You will find us on the 11th floor of DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station on the Oosterdokseiland. From our original entrance at Oosterdoksstraat 4, please follow the pink arrows to get access to our temporary entry on the canal side.
Visiting Amsterdam by car? The public parking garage Parking Centrum Amsterdam Oosterdok is located underneath the hotel.
